Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early as there is necessary paperwork to be filled out. You will also need to bring your insurance card with you to each visit. The staff needs to verify your insurance and demographic information. This may take a few minutes, but it is essential that we have the correct information to serve you the best.

Please make an appointment in advance by calling the office at 610.792.9292. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.
- No minor will be seen without the presence of a parent or guardian.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be required to reschedule the visit.
If you are a postoperative patient and you develop a condition or symptom requiring immediate attention, please contact our office or answering service. One of our physicians is always on call and will make arrangements for you to be seen in our office or an emergency room. If your condition does not need immediate attention, please call our office between 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. so that we can accommodate you as soon as possible.
Fees & Payments
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we'll bill them. However, payment is the patient's responsibility. We'll help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
We accept Medicare, Cigna, Aetna, Independence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Keystone Health Plan East, & Personal Choice, just to name a few. If you do not see your insurance listed here, please ask one of our staff members about participation or contact your insurance carrier. Our staff will assist you with any questions you may have. However, it is your responsibility to know your coverage based on your insurance plan. We encourage you to call your insurance company and verify your benefits. Please learn if procedures are covered and how often they can be scheduled.
Prescriptions & Renewals
Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, when our full records are available. Please allow two day's time for prescription refills. Renewals requested at other times will be filled only for extreme or emergent circumstances. Renewals may also be requested using our online patient services.
